Ambiendura provides the environmental advice and offers innovative measures and tools, while Chama Inc. develops creative marketing and visibility strategies.

INECE Seaport Environmental Security Network
For the INECE network (International Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Network), Ambiendura is setting up a Seaport Environmental Security Network. This network consists of authorities involved in the monitoring and controlling of transboundary movements of waste shipped through ports. Based on a needs assessment, a toolbox will be developed to foster cross-border enforcement collaboration.

Workshop “Combating illegal traffic and dump of Hazardous wastes, towards a regional strategy and Action Plan for the Arab region”
For the regional center of the Basel Convention in Egypt, AmbienDura co-facilitated a workshop on illegal traffic of waste, followed by a consultative meeting to establish a regional strategy for the Arab region in combating illegal traffic and dump of hazardous wastes.

IMPEL-TFS network
IMPEL-TFS is an informal European platform for environmental inspectors involved in the enforcement of shipments of waste. AmbienDura supports this network by running its secretariat and assist in projects.

Joint Working Programme Belgium – Netherlands
In this project, AmbienDura compared the enforcement structures of the two involved Member States with respect to controls of transfrontier shipments of waste. Based on the inventory a joint working programme was drafted in order to organize and facilitate collaboration between the involved authorities.
Seminars European Commission
The European Commission organizes frequently trainings and seminars for both new Members of the European Union and the ‘old’ Member States. AmbienDura contributes to these seminars by giving presentations in relation to enforcement of environmental law.
