Enforcement and monitoring of environmental law
For a proper and effective implementation of environmental policies, enforcement is an essential step which is getting more and more attention. AmbienDura offers a wide expertise in this area. Besides actual enforcement and monitoring, we organize trainings and workshops for inspectors and other involved officials. We give advice to environmental inspecting agencies and related enforcement bodies. We stimulate and facilitate cooperation between relevant authorities and develop tools, such as manuals, Memorandums of Understanding and joint working programmes. Furthermore we carry out assessments of enforcement structures.
International cooperation
An expanding Europe and globalizing markets make cross-border cooperation a must. AmbienDura holds an international network, containing a broad range of environmental institutions, organizations and enterprises. In this field we offer assistance and facilitate transnational activities and joint initiatives; such as organizing conferences, acting as an intermediary and supporting networks.
The process of environmental law

It is up to the client to decide whether we take care of the entire process, or only parts of it.
