Enforcement and monitoring of environmental law
For a proper and effective implementation of environmental policies, enforcement is an essential step. AmbienDura offers a wide expertise in this area. Besides actual enforcement and monitoring, we organize trainings and workshops for inspectors and other involved officials. We give advice to environmental inspecting agencies and related enforcement bodies. We stimulate and facilitate cooperation between relevant authorities and develop capacity building tools. Furthermore we carry out assessments of enforcement structures.

Our strength lies in drafting feasible plans, supervising all the stages and taking responsibility for a proper realization of projects. It is up to the client to decide whether we take care of the entire process, or only parts of it. In case the project management is already accounted for, AmbienDura is also able to deliver the project secretariat or other ways of support.

As a certified auditor, AmbienDura is the prefered independent third party auditor for the Green Globe Certification System. The Green Globe certificate is an independent recognition of sustainability efforts. Environmental and cultural levels as well as Corporate Social Responsibilities are benchmarked against the highest worldwide principles. Its object is to introduce and strengthen sustainability and social practices at all levels of management.
